Hi guys today I took the family out of town to a model expo. My eldest daughter and I went in while the wife took the other kids for a swim in the thermal hot pools in the same complex. This dozer really caught my attention and at a closer look the fan and pullies at the front of the motor were spinning around, this will explain the aa battery sitting in it. Ken..

Wow, that's a great model! I just wonder why they put the battery where it is... With that focus on detail they made a real masterpiece. For that battery there would have been better places! (eg under the seat)
