This build was done earlier this year, and is one of the most satisfying I ever done. The base is Monograms Packard dual cowl pheaton. I imagined that this car was found in a rather poor condition, but with a little work they got it running. What engine wasn't that to run away from the cops with in the mid fourties. Grandpa Dukes first and only Packard?
